These terms apply to use of point235.ca and to enquiries and reservations made through the website. POINT235 offers private offices, coworking, conference-room bookings and virtual-office services in Montréal. A separate written agreement or the specific terms presented for a service may also apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Submitting a contact form, office enquiry or virtual-office package request allows our team to discuss your requirements. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation, tenancy or subscription. Package details, included services, availability, pricing and any required agreement are confirmed before a service is activated.
To request an hourly reservation, select the available space, date, duration and start time, provide the required contact details, review the booking summary and complete the confirmation process. Availability can change until a reservation is completed. Check that you receive a confirmation and reservation reference. If a confirmation does not appear or your details are incorrect, contact POINT235 before relying on the reservation.
Booking times are shown in the America/Toronto time zone, including the applicable daylight-saving adjustment. Your reservation covers the confirmed space and time period. Arrive and leave within that period, follow the access instructions provided and contact us if you need to change the duration or arrange additional access. Extensions depend on availability and confirmation.
Prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. A booking amount described as “before tax” does not include applicable taxes. Review the price, taxes and any other disclosed charges before committing to a service or completing payment. If online payment is enabled, follow the checkout instructions and review the final total. If online payment is not required, the applicable payment arrangements and charges are handled directly with POINT235; this does not mean the service is free.
Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where a cancellation or refund is required by applicable law. Please check the space, date, start time, duration and booking total carefully before confirming. If you believe a booking contains an error, contact POINT235 promptly with your booking reference. Contacting us does not, by itself, cancel the reservation or create an entitlement to a refund. Any exception expressly agreed by POINT235 must be confirmed in writing.
Longer-term private-office arrangements and virtual-office services may require a separate agreement. The package or agreement defines included services, authorized use of the business address, mail and parcel handling, telephone services where included, access to physical space, recurring fees, renewal and termination. A virtual-office enquiry does not itself authorize use of the POINT235 address or establish entitlement to any package benefit.
Use the premises lawfully and respectfully, observe the confirmed room capacity and any communicated building rules, and avoid disrupting other occupants. Keep the space in good condition, take care of your belongings and report damage or safety concerns promptly. Activities involving unusual equipment, events or additional guests should be discussed with POINT235 before booking.
Provide accurate contact and booking information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the booking system or submit fraudulent reservations. Website text, branding and visual materials may not be reused commercially without the relevant permission. Illustrative images and descriptions do not replace the specific space details and service inclusions confirmed for your reservation.
Website functions can be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or third-party service issues. If online booking is unavailable, contact POINT235 directly. Maps, payment services where applicable and linked websites are operated by third parties and may have their own terms. Contact us if you notice a pricing or availability discrepancy before completing a transaction.
Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in enquiry messages or booking notes.
These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of Québec and Canada, without limiting mandatory rights or protections. Updated terms may be posted with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively alter the specific conditions of an already confirmed reservation without a lawful basis or an agreed change.
